If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within one week of receipt and receive a refund of the price of the painting or other product. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
This 100% guarantee is limited to one refund per household.
After you have claimed one 100% refund, any subesquent refunds will be approved only if there is a defect in the canvas or the painting has been damaged in shipment. Please note. Canvas, as a media, is a cloth based product with a textured surface. Occasionally, small irregularities may be visible under close inspection. These are to be expected. We inspect every canvas we sell in an attempt to ensure our standard of quality materials is achieved. If a flaw is readily visible or would detract from the aesthetic look of the canvas, we will print another master. In the off chance that you receive a canvas that does not meet your standards, please contact us and we will do our best to provide you with a satisfactory resolution.
Shipping
Normally we will ship via US postal service. On occasion we will use commercial express carriers. International shipping will require additional charges - you will be notified after you place your order of charges that may apply. Internatinal customers will also be responsible for any duties or tarriffs on the paintings.
Returns
Please email us for instructions on a return. No return will be accepeted without previously being authorized.
